Goal:
To create a systematic vision of the spatial development of the territory, choose the best solutions and an optimal team for future work on the project.

● Perform a comprehensive analysis of the territory, determining the limitations and opportunities of systemic development
● Identify key functional, ecosystem, therapeutic, socio-cultural, planning and spatial scenarios for the development of the territory
● As a result of the Research and design study, identify the best structure of the master plan, its program functions and fundamental architectural solutions
● Formation of an interdisciplinary project office
